As Borne misconception has arisen over tho message of the 27th announcing the bankruptcy of Banjamin and Co., it should be stated that the firm in question is that of 5, Benjamin and S. Jacobs, ldan and discount agents, and had no oonneotion whatever with the well-known house of D. Benjatni® and Co., general merchants and importers.
