CYCLING.
(per press association.) Christchurch, January 12. The six nights’ bicycle contest in the Palace Rink ended on Saturday night, resulting as follows :C. R. Wilson (Pioneer), 197 miles 150 yards, 1 ; F. B. Pannell, (Touring Club), 195 miles SSO yards, 2 ; M. Last (Australian), 184 miles, 880 yards, 3 ; W. H. Langdown (Pioneer), 153 miles 1634 yards, 4. None of the other competitors finished. Langdown rode only five nights, not starting till last Tuesday. The men rode two hours each night. There was a laige attendance on Saturday.
