A Judicial Transfer. —At last Friday a meeting of the Cabinet it was definitely decided that District Judge Rawson, of Taranaki, should be appointed District Judge and Resident Magistrate at Invercargill in lien or Mr Henry McCulloch, who retires on his pension. It is not yet settled who succeed District Judge Rawson at Taranaki.
