(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Vienna, January 8. Half the population of the city are prostrated by influenza. London, January 8. Sixteen hundred postmen are laid aside by the epidemic, and their places have been filled by boys. Much delay is consequently experienced in the delivery of maiis. Many of the police and tramway employes are also suffering from the disease, which, however, has not assumed a severe type in England, January 9.
