LANDED ESTATE SALE

The following blocks of landed estate have been sold by Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald and Co. during the past ' week j—Sections 4,5, and 6, of Block XV7, Mount Robinson Survey District, comprising 478 acres, of which 178 acres are in grass ; sold for £I4OO. Twenty sections, Towushipof Shannon, containing each a quarter of an acre, and being those numbered 1 to 5, 13 to 16, 21 to 24, 29, 30, and 36 to 40, forming a compact block with frontages to Vogel-street, Greystreet, Grand-street aud Stout-street; sold at prices rangiog from £3 to £3 10s each. Block of land, having a frontage of about 70ft to Church-street by a depth of 122 ft, on which is erected two seven roomed residences, returning at present a rental of £ll7 10s per annum, held on a lease for 40 years, at an annual rental of £l4 17s 6d per annum ; also, block, having a frontage of 90ft to Church-streetbyadepthof 122 ft, on which are erected one three-roomed oottage, two fourroom ed houses, and one 't even-roomed twostory residence, returning at present a rental of £l5O 16s per annum, held on lease for 40 years at an annual rental of £l9 '2s 61 per annum ; sold in one lot for £2OOO Business premises on Lambton-quay, part of town acre 491 ; sold for £llOO. Four-roomed house erected on land part of town acre 333. having a frontage of 37ft to Brougbam-sti eet by a depth of 104 ft aloof; Queen-street ; sold for £4BO. In addition to the above, several sections at Petone have also been disposed of.
