OBSTRUCTIVE MAORIS.
(united press assoc TATION. ) Woodville, February 3. Some Maoris were charged yesterday with pulling down the toll-house in course of erection near Ngawapurua Bridge. The Court held that it had no jurisdiction, as the Maoris acted under the impression that they had a bona fide claim to the land, and the cases were dismissed.
