THE OTAGO DOCK LOAN.
(united press association.) Dunedin, February 3. The Dock Trust have received no information as to the movements of Mr Elder, who went to London to float the loan for the construction of the new dock. The general belief is that the mission has not been saccessful. The loan was one against which the Chamber of Commerce protested strongly.
