A NUISANCE.

OT THE EDITOR OF THE NEW ZEALAND MAIL. Sir, —l have complained several times of the horrible nuisance caused by filthy dirty cattle trucks being left on the Railway Wharf during the night—trucks that don’t. appear to have been cleaned since they were constructed. To-night the stench is so abominable that I am unable to keep a scuttle or skylight open in the ship. As my complaints up to the present have had no effect, I should like to draw the attention of the authorities to the matter through the medium of your paper, if you will kindly insert this letter.—l am, &c., Charles Keen, Master.

Ship Orari, Wellington, December 10.
