The Bulgarian deputation, which ie-> still in this city, waited on Rrince Ferdinaud of Saxe-Coburg yesterday,, and offered him the crown of Bulgaria... Prince Ferdinand stated that before • giving a reply to the deputation be would consult the Emperor Francis Joseph. He, however, expressed the belief that both the Emperor of Austria and the Czar of Russia would anprove of his accepting thethrone. . - - '■ ■ 1 ; . -
