REEFTON ELECTRIC COMPANY.
(united press association.) ' Reefton, December 6.
A meeting of shareholders in the Reefton Electric Light and Transmission of Electrical Power Company was held to-day, when directors and manager were appointed. The manager was instructed to register the Company forthwith, and an agreement is being entered into with Mr Walter Prince for the supply of lighting plant. Shares in the Company are now at a small premium, and the undertaking promises to be a great success, the number of lamps applied for being several hundred in excess of the guarantee requisite to work the Company to a profit.
