Melbourne, November 29. The s s. Koonoowarra took 300 ffisgers to Adelaide to-day, en route for Teetulpa. On the other hand 60 disappointed diggers have already arrived in Melbourne from feetulpa, and the p.s. Adelaide, which arrived this afternoon, has brought several more.

The English and Scottish Bank, which opened a branch on the field on Monday, purchased over lOOoz in the forenoon, many diggers depositing their finds. The average price paid for the cold is £3 16s 9d. The Government are about to erect a post office on the nela. There has been terrific heat, with dust and north winds.
