FRENCH POLICY.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.
(reuter’s telegrams.) Paris, November 27. M. de Freycinet, Premier, made a statement in the Chambers to day in which he said that France was not affected by the Bulgarian difficulty beyond the general interests of the Powers, in preserving to Turkey the balance of power in the Mediterranean. The Egyptian question, be stated, touched France vitally, and she could not allow any foreign Power to be mistress there. The Government, he added, had urged upon England the necessity of an early settlement of the Egyptian question.
