ATTEMPTED INCENDIARISM.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunedin, October 29. An attempt at incendiarism has been discovered at Tapanui. A house occupied by Nee Chang and family was found to be on fire at 3 o’clock in the morning, and on Bearch a pile of chips and firewood soaked in kerosene was found under the floor. The police are making inquiries.
