A supplement to the Gazette, dated the Bth iastant contains notifications referring to the following matters : Deferred Payment Land.—The price of land on the Invercargill Hundred, heretofore set apart for sale at £3 per acre, has been increased to £4 10s. per acre. Certain lands in the Te Aroha and Awaroa Districts and Tuakau Parish, Auckland Provincial District, have been set apart for sale on deferred payment ; and Monday, the 13th April, proximo, fixed as the day for receiving applications at the Land Office, Auckland. Land in the Hokonui District, Nelson, will be open for selection on deferred payments on Thursday, the 15th April, proximo. Circuit Court.—The fixed date of sittings of Circuit Court at Dunedin is the 15th instant, for the despatch of civil business. Assessor and Land Purchaser.—His Excellency the Governor has sppointed Hemi Kahoe, of Peria, Mangonui, assessor within the Bay of Islands District, and has dispensed with the services of Te Kepa Rangihiwinui as an assessor and land purchase officer for disobedience of orders and turbulent conduct.
