SUPREME COURT.—SITTING IN BANKRUPTCY.
Tuesday, March 9. (Before Mr. Registrar Allan.} IN RE MARTIN O'BRIEN.
This was an application for an order of discharge. Mr. Fitz Gerald appeared for the bankrupt, and stated that as there was opposition he should prefer the case to be adjourned. It was accordingly adjourned until Tuesday next. IN RE JOHN R. WILLIAMS. Mr. Fitz Gerald made application for the debtor's discharge. There was no opposition, and the papers having been read over, the discharge was granted. IN RE ALFRED LOCKE. On the application of Mr. Fitz Gerald, this case, beiug also opposed, was adjourned until Tuesday. IN RE G. S. W. DALRYMPLE. Mr. Bell made application for the bankrupt's discharge, which was granted, subject to the filing of a certain affidavit. IN RE THOMAS WITT. On the application of the same counsel the bankrupt was discharged. IN RE G. W. FISHER. Mr. Fitzherbert made application for the Court to declare the complete execution of a deed of assignment. The necessary papers having been read the application was granted. IN RE THOMAS WARD. Mr. Fitz Gerald applied on behalf of the trustee for the bankrupt's discharge, and there being no opposition it was agreed to. The Court then adjourned until Tuesday next.
