JACKSON—WILDON St. Matthew's Church, Auckland, was the scene of the wedding } e \v; 1 rlf>n afternoon of Miss Runa Grace > youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs. G. I. Wildon, Belmont Takap.ina, to Lieutenant Lawrence Johnson Jacks , U.S.M.C., only son of Mr. L. J. JacK son, Florida, U.S.A. Canon R. G. Coat. officiated. . , . .. The bride, who was given away by hu father, wore a frock of white orgatKhe, made with a very full skirft- , lace insertion trimmed jhe full wshop sleeves and close-fitting bodice, wlth . Peter Pan collar and fastening or tinj buttons. A topknot of orange-blossom held her tulle veil in place, and she carried a bouquet of white roses. In bridesmaids, Miss .7c-anne Brady and Miss Barbara Wish, wore _ frocks o powder-blue organdie with tucked bodices and full skirts, # and earned bouquets of blue delphiniums and pink carnations. Their topknots of the same (lowers were fastened with bows ot oreandie ribbon. The best man was Captain Robert J. Bobber, and the groomsman Lieutenant John F. Flaherty, both of the TT.S.M.C. The reception after the ceremony was held at the Domain Kiosk.
