ORAKEI PLUNKET
The "work of the Orakei sub-branch of the Plunket Society for the past year was reviewed at the fourth annual meeting. The president, Mrs. R. Trenchard Smith, presided. The report, presented by Nurse M. Johnson, stated that during the past year 1371 adults, 1340 infants and 232 older children had visited the rooms. The following: officers were elected:—President, Mrs. R Trenchard Smith; vice-presi-dents, Mrs F Hannaford and Mrs. R. L. Stewart; secretary, Mrs. H. W. Morton; treasurer. Mrs. A. R. Chesterman; committee, Mrs L. B Schnauer, Mrs. H. Roper. Mrs. W. McArthur. Mrs. M. Colehrook, Mrs. W. Kennaway, Mrs. Tercel, Mrs. S. Gudsell. Mrs L. Howden. Mrs. R. Smith.
MOUNT EDEN SUB-BRANCH The monthly meeting of the Mount Eden sub-branch of the Plunket Society was presided over by Mrs. J, Abbott. The nurses' reports stated that 1678 visits had been made to the rooms, 171 had been paid to homes, and 91 new cases had been seen.
