CHILD HEALTH DAY
(Berd. 5.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Feb. 7 President Roosevelt has proclaimed April 1 Child Health Day, and he has asked people in all communities to contribute to the conservation of child health, and the reduction of children's ailments, such as rendering them immune from diphtheria and smallpox, two diseases for which we have the surest means of prevention.
