BAY OF PLENTY SEAT
Nominations for the by-elect,ion for the Bay of Plenty seat in the House of Representatives rendered vacant by the death overseas of the sitting member, Lieutenant A. G. Hultquist, will close to-day. The National Party has nominated Mr. W. Sullivan, a former Mayor of Whakatane, and the Government candidate is Mr. C. Mills. The election will be held on* Saturday, December 13.
