CASES AT HAMILTON ! (0.C.) HAMILTON, Thursday Decrees nisi were granted to-day by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the following undefended divorce petitions;—For failing to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights: Alfred Edward Yates against Miriam Mary Yates; James Wilson Boyd against Grace Moyna Boyd; Harry O.sborue against Jeannie Osborne. Agreement to separate: Robert Archibald Baillie against Phyllis Olga Baillie; Millicent Duncan against Brian Duncan; William Baker against Dorothy Baker; Rose Aim Jerkovich:' against Stephen Jerkovich; Dulcie Eileen Rean against Albert Henry Rcau; Alice Constance Robina Hayward against William Bernard Hayward; Leo Stanley Cato against Annie Victoria Cato; Thomas Procter against Maud Caterer Procter; Kenneth Henry Stuart Cave against Sheila Kathleen Cave; James Fawcett Rubie against Doris Muriel Rubie. On the grounds of desertion: Leslie Innes Gould against Ivy Blanche Gould; Nellie Hoskins against Sydney Herbert Hoskins. A decree nisi was granted In the case of James Coekburn against Iris Cockburn, adultery being alleged. An order for the restitution of conjugal rights was granted to Bernice Evelyn Trevurza against Raymond Thomas Trevurza, to be complied with in 14 days. An order for the restitution of conjugal rights within 21 days was granted ' Seth Brumby against Maisio Brumby.
