Mr. A. Eisdell Moore returned from Wellington yesterday. Sir Car rick Robertson returned yesterday from Wellington. Brigadier P. H. Bell, D.5.0., officer commanding the Northern Military District, left for Wellington last night. Mr. A. H. Honey field, Auckland .manager of the Internal Marketing Division, was a passenger from Wellington ■ yesterday. Engineer-Rear-Admiral G. W. Bedell, of the Navy Office. Wellington, has returned from a visit to Australia. He left for the south last night. Mr. Hallett Abend, the American newspaper correspondent, will leave by the Clipper to-morrow for the United States after visiting Australia and the Netherlands East Indies. Mr. .T. P. Batchelor and Mr, A. R, Code, both of Melbourne, are visiting Auckland on their way to the United States on behalf of the Australian Ministry of Munitions. They are at the Grand Hotel. Sir Keith Murdoch, managing director of the Melbourne Herald, is visiting Auckland on his way to Britain. He is at the Grand Hotel and will leave by the Clipper to-morrow for the United States. Mr. E. Caradus, chief inspector of secondary schools and director of educational services, R.N.Z.A.F.. is visiting secondary schools and Air Force stations and classes in the Auckland district. He is at the Station Hotel.
