REFUGE IN NICARAGUA (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, Oct. 21 Reports from Panama City state that the deposed President of Panama, Dr. Arias, has left for Nicaragua. A later message states that Dr. Arias, on his arrival at Managua, said he had been deported. He added that he would never resign the presidency and would stay in Nicaragua only temporarily.
