JgMERGENCY precautions SCHEME ORGANISATION. REDUCED LIGHTING SCHEME. PUBLIC NOTICE. The attention of shopkeepers in particular is drawn to the effect of the requirement of the revised Reduced Lighting Scheme 'that provision must be made so that all lights shall be extinguished or completely blackedout immediately on the sounding of a Warning Signal. This means that no lights at any time can be allowed to burn unless they are attended, or unless other arrangements are made for them to be switched off immediately a Warning Signal is gfven. Shopkeepers, owners of commercial premises and householders alike, are urged etrictly to observe this regulation.
