LLANDAFF GOES FAST FOUR FURLONGS IN 48 2-5 MYSITO AND LAST SURVEY BY ARCHER A fast half-mile by Llandaff, who worked after t lie breakfast interval when the conditions were very favourable for time-making, was the feature of the training operations at Ellerslie yesterday. Early workers, Mysito and Last Survey, did well over the same ground and the maiden Home Again, one of the last to gallop, was responsible for a good six furlongs. The No. 2 grass was used for galloping and the going was fast. On the grass Mysito (Holland) and Last Survey (Gilchrist) went in good style oyer four furlongs in 49 3-ss. Mysito is improving in condition every week and should come on quickly with some fast work. Last Survey continues to show speed and should be capable of winning when he becomes seasoned. Beginning very smartly. Llandaff ran four furlongs in 48 2-ss. the first in 11 4-ss. He has lost none of 'lis speed and, now that the tracks are becoming faster, he might show a return to form. Home Again (Gilchrist), after running the first three in 38 2-os, completed six furlongs in 1.17 2-5. Home Again is a maiden three-year-old by Autopay from Gay Athlone and has been unplaced in two starts this season.
