Mrs. John Bates, Fenton Circus, Hobson Point, has left on a visit to Australia. Mrs. Gerald McCarthy, of Aldred Road, Remuera, left yesterday to spend a short holiday in Rotorua. Mrs. Murray Benjamin, Waiata Avenue, Remuera, returned to Auckland yesterday from Rotorua. Mrs. A. Nelson, of Parnell, and Mrs. W. A. Cooke, of Heme Bay, have left to spend a holiday at Helensville. Airs. Albert Bryant, Pukehana Avenue, Epsom, returned yesterday from a fortnight's holiday in Rotorua. Mrs. John Elworthy, Kitchener Road, Takapuna. left last evening to visit her mother, Mrs. Frank Herriek. Tautane. Hawke's Bay. Mrs. D. F. Brice, Mrs. E. F. Thomas and Miss M. Leach (Wellington), Mrs. A. L. Thompson (Havelock North), Mrs. H. W. Beale (Rotorua), Mrs. R. E. Partleet (Woodville), Mrs. D. J. Goodwin (Whangarei), Mrs. N. G. Nicholson (Cambridge), and Mrs. W. J. Dewhirst (Hamilton), are at the Station Hotel.
