HOWICK ELECTION
An election held yesterday to fill the vacancy 011 the Ho wick Town Board resulted in the return of Mr. C. H. Pritchard. The voting was:—Mr. Pritehard, 1U0; Mr. J. .T. Mulvihill, 182. There were four informal votes. The vacancy was caused by the resignation of Mr. A. A. Nattress, who is leaving the district.
