BLACKOUT DEATH
, VERDICT AT INQUEST "This is another of these blackout cases," said the coroner, Mr. F. K. Hunt.'S.M., when giving his verdict at an inquest yesterday into the death of .Mr. John Ross, South African War veteran and retired farmer, aged 69, who died in the Auckland Hospital on July 13 after being -knocked down by a taxicab in Dominion Road the previous night. Alter evidence was given that deceased collided with the righthand rear side of the car, a verdict of I accidental death was returned.
