COUNCIL TO MAKE INQUIRY (0.c.) , GEEYMOUTH. Thursday The Dobsoh mine remains idle as a result of the decision of the men on Tuesday not to work because of the alleged refusal of the company to observe an independent chairman's decision in a dispute over the interpretation of the minimum wage clause.
