NO NEW PUBLICATIONS [by telkgr.m'tt—rnEss association] ELLINGTON, Thursday Regulations designed to conserve the use of newsprint in New Zealand have been issued with to-night's Gazette. These regulations are a corollary to the recent Newspaper Proprietors' Association's announcement of a reduction in the consumption of newsprint of from 45 to 50 per cent on the 1938 basis.
