Wing-Commander E. G. Oison has relinquished his appointment as Air Force Member for Personnel on the Air Hoard, according to a notice in the Gazette. His place on the -Air Hoard is taken bv Wing-Commander S. Wallingford, who receives the 'temporary appointment of group captain.
