PARATROOP CORPS TOPICAL PICTURE FEATURES No military tactics in the war have created a greater sensation than the use by Germany of parachute troops. That Britain is not left behind in this matter is shown in the current issue of Thf. Weekly News, on sale to-day. A page of pictures show? the paratroops being schooled and organised in the tough t} pe of fighting necessary when they ;:re thrown on their own initiative behind the enemy's lines. Other pictorial features include a soldier s snapshots of scones of the fighting in Greece, the defenders of Tohruk in action, and views from Syria. Two pages are devoted to recent Army and Royal Air Force casualties. In the letterpress section, special articles are devoted to recent questions of a military and diplomatic nature. "Ringbolt" writes an account of the Leander's capture of an Italian raider. Other sections of social and general news and farm and sport articles are up to their usual high standard.
