LADY GALWAY GUILD
NEW NAME SUGGESTED (0.C.) DUNEDIN, Tuesday The question of changing the name of the New Zealand Lady Galway Guild was raised by Mr. E. Hazlett at a meeting of the Otago Provincial Patriotic Council to-day. Mr. Hazlett said_ he thought the guild should be distinctively associated with New Zealand and that the present title should be changed to the New Zealand Ladies' Guild. The speaker said he hoped that when the Mayor of Dunedin. Mr. A. H. Allen, and Mr. .J. J. Marlow went to | Wellington shortly in connection wit" j patriotic work they would bring.fins | matter up. Mr Hazlett. whose.remarks I appeared to meet with general apI proval. added that the guild was connected solely with patriotic women \Vorkers of New Zealand, and it should ! have a title which would make tins | perfectly clear
