WAR SUPPLY COUNCIL
MR. PICOT IN INDIA LONDON, May IS The New Zealand representative on the Eastern War Supply Council, wfth headquarters at Delhi, India, Mr. F. R. Picot, on arrival at his destination stressed the Dominion's eagerness to assist in the Empire war effort. He said New Zealand had rapidly developed its manufacturing capacity and would be able to supply large quantities of goods to Empire groups.
