CARNIVAL NETS £104,659
[BY TKLKGRAPH —I'll ess association] WELLINGTON, Thursday The Public Services Queen, Miss Joan Young, was the successful candidate in the Wellington Victory Queen Carnival which concluded last night. There was tremendous activity over the concluding stages, and the objective was more than attained, the carnival yielding £101,659. Mr. Abel announced that the Dominion .total in the All-Purposes Appeal is now approximately £BOO,OOO.
