Charged with committing mischief by breaking a car window valued at £1 2s fid, Donald Chamberlain Habcrficld pleaded not guilty in the Police Court <lll Saturday before Messrs. J. A. Algie and 1). Donaldson, .I.l'.'s. Evidence was •riven that lie put his hand through (lie window of a car as it was passing in front ol him across a pedestrian crossing. He was fined £2 10 and costs and ordered to make restitution of £1 2s 6d.
