HERNE BAY JUNIOR CLUB The Heme Ray Junior Yacht Club held (he first of the Silver Fern sailing races yesterday in Bon Accord Harbour. Kawau. The yacht Tahitienue was the flagship. The race started and finished at Schoolhuuse Bay. The finish resulted: —Billy Boy, 5h 45m 455; Careless, 5h 46m 20s; Elect ra. 5h ,47m 15s; Silver Fern, 5h 47m 255; Ajax. 5h 50m ss. Trisha met with a mishap prior to the Tace and did not- take part. The result on corrected times was: Billy Boy (E. Swales), J ; Careless (K. Todd), 2; Electra (R. Wilson). 3.
