DELAYS TO HOSPITAL
POSITION IN WELLINGTON [by telegraph—nwx conßEsroxnENT] "WELLTX G TOX. Friday Xotice has been gi von by Mr. A. W. Croskery of his intention to move at the next meeting of the Wellington Hospital Board tliat the Minister of Health, the Hon. IT. T. Armstrong. asked to set up a tribunal to liokl ft public inquiry into delays in hospital progress. Mr. Croskery's motion proposes that the tribunal should investigate the following matters in connection with the Health Department:—(l) The delav between the time of the submission of the board's plans to the department ana their approval; ('2) the approving .of plans and, after the tenders hare been called and submitted to the department. the objecting to plans which previously had. the department's approval.
