Croskery of his intention to move at the next meeting of the Wellington Hospital Board tliat the Minister of Health, the Hon. IT. T. Armstrong. asked to set up a tribunal to liokl ft public inquiry into delays in hospital progress. Mr. Croskery's motion proposes that the tribunal should investigate the following matters in connection with the Health Department:—(l) The delav between the time of the submission of the board's plans to the department ana their approval; ('2) the approving .of plans and, after the tenders hare been called and submitted to the department. the objecting to plans which previously had. the department's approval.
