WHANGAREI COLLISION
INJURIES TO A SOLDIER [from our own correspondent] "WH A"XG AR EI, Sunday When two motor-cars collided at an intersection in Whangarei yesterday afternoon, Private James Thorburn, on leave from Papakura military camp, the driver of one of tlie cars, \vas taken to the Whangarei Hospital suffering from a fracture of the left elbow and shock. The driver of the other car involved, Mr. C. M. F. Reid, of Whangarei, was not injured. Passengers in the cars also escaped injury.
