CONSTITUTION RETAINED ]]BV TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday The present constitution of the Fruit Export Control Board is to be retained for the duration of the war and the present producers' representatives will continue in office without re-election or reappointment. Normally, two producers' representatives would retire iu rotation this month. The decisiou to retain the status quo of the board, although the State is now the sole exporter, has been made in co-operation with the industry, and the necessary provision is contained'in the Fruit Export Control Board Emer : gency Regulations issued with tonight's Gazette,
