JURY DISAGREEMENT
The trial of Edward Robert Wallace Pask. aged 40 (Mr. Hall Skelton), on a charge of obscene exposure in a* city park, was concluded yesterday.'before Mr, .Justice Callan in the Supreme Court. The Crown case .was conducted by Mr. G. S. R. Meredith. Accused gave evidence on his own behalf denying the charge. After a retirement of more than four hours, the foreman reported that the jurv could not reach an agreement. An order was made for a new trial and accused was released on bail.
