HAMILTON REORGANISATION I"rROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON. Friday A resolution urging the Government to undertake immediately the scheme for the reorganisation of educational facilities in Hamilton was carried at a meeting of the Hamilton High School board of governors to-day. Under the scheme, which was approved over a year ago, the present Hamilton Higli School will become a girls' school, the Technical School will be made an intermediate school, and a new high school for boys will be built on a site at I Hamilton East. | The matter was raised iat the meetI ing of the board by Mr. F. A. Snell, who said he thought the Education Department should proceed with the work J in spite of the war. Mr. Nash had ' said that the country was quite justiI Tied in leaning on the Reserve Bank j for State housing; if that were so, the j country would be justified in borrow- : ing for educational needs.
