VERDICT FOR £IOB9
VICTIM OF ACCIDENT [by telegraph OWN correspondent] HAMILTON. Thursday A motor-cyclist who was injured in a collision with a motor-car on the Great South Road, near Rangiriri, on March 19, 1939, was awarded £IOB9 .damages by a jury in a case concluded before Mr. Justice Johnston in the Supreme Court at Hamilton to-day. Tho plaintiff was a Swiss, Frank Vonlantlien, farm employee, of Hamilton, and the defendant was Henry Antone Williams, bank clerk, Whangarei. Mr. W. J. King and Mr. A. L. Tompkins appeared for plaintiff and defendant was represented by Mr. J. F. Strang. . Judgment was entered for plaintiff.
