O'CONNOR BEATS RAINES [bt telegraph—press association] CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday In a professional wrestling bout to-night Dan O'Connor beat Dick Haines by two falls, one a penalty, to one. Raines scored the first fall with a Boston crab in the fourth round. O'Connor evened in the seventh with a body press after a drop kick. The last round was very willing. Raines sent O'Connor through the ropes and the referee was involved in a free-for-all which followed. Eventually O'Connor was awarded a penalty fall p,nd the match.
