ROLE OF PUBLIC TRUSTEE [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Monday "All cash securities or property of any nature in New Zealand which belong to Norwegian banks or other institutions or to private persons in' areas which are now occupied by Germany are enemy property within the meaning of the enemy property emergency regulations, 1939," said the AttoriieyGeneral, the Hon. H. G. IL Mason, in an interview this evening.
"All persons who have any such moneys or other property in their possession or under their control or management are required to 'notify the public trustee as custodian of enemy property within 14 days. Printed forms upon which notification may be made are • obtainable at any branch of the Public Trust Oflice, where -any further information required may be obtained. Any person who is liable to rondel* a return of Norwegian property should do so as soon as possible."
