LYCEUM CLUB

GARDENING CIRCLE A display of autumn flowers, fruit and vegetables was hold by members of the gardening circle of the Lyceum Club in the club lounge yesterday. The convener of the circle, Mrs. A. Bishop, announced that the proceeds from the sale of the exhibits would be given to the Red Cross Society shop, of which members of the Lyceum Club would bo in charge on I'Yiday next. Prizes were awarded for a large bowl of autumn flowers, berries and foliage, a vase of autumn (lowers arranged by new members. a. shoulder spiav, and a basket, bowl or box* of mixed fruit, vegetables and llowers^.
