NEW IRAK CABINET
PRINCIPAL PORTFOLIOS BAGDAD, March 31 The Irak Cabinet Las resigned and a new Cabinet has been formed. The new Prime Minister is Rashid Ali Gailani; the Foreign Minister, General Nuri Es-Said, and the Defence Minister, General ,Taha Al-Hashimi. The Cabinet which has been superceded in Irak was formed by Nuri Es-Said on February 22. He was Foreign Minister, as well as Prime Minister. Other portfolios were held as foli lows: —Omar Nadmi * (Interior), General Taha Al-Hashimi (Defence). Ra'ouf Bahran (Finance) and Sagiq Bassam .
