MANOEUVRES IN PACIFIC (Received April 1, 11.20 p.m.) LOS ANGELES, April 1 Ono hundred anil nine United States warships are leaving their buses to-day to begin manoeuvres somewhere east of Hawaii which will continue until the middle of May. The Secretary of the Navy, Mr. Charles Edison, will/be on board the flagship, the Pennsylvania, for 10 days.
