FIVE MAORIS ARRESTED [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] ROTOHUA, Sunday As the result of investigations made by the police, five Maoris have been arrested and will be charged in the Rotoriia Police Court on Wednesday with breaking and entering the Paengaroa post office on December 29 last and stealing a safe and its contents, valued at £lO2. The safe was removed and was found in the scrub 10 miles from Paengaroa. It had been smashed open. All the documents enclosed were destroyed. Only £3 10s in money was found.
