Source of Batteries

Where the bonnet rests upon the shell of the radiator there is very often a fabric tape threaded through slots in the shell itself, and this is the actual substance with which tho sido of the bonnet makes contact. In course of time these tapes flatten or fray through thus setting up rattles or squeaks which are quite often difficult to trace to their true source. Replacing the tape is a matter of a few minutes' work.
