RAILWAYS BOOKINGS HEAVY TRAFFIC INDICATED TRAVELLERS TO WELLINGTON More than .'3600 travellers have already booked seats on .expresses leaving for Wellington on Thursday.. March 21? the day before the Easter holidays, and the hooking office at the Auckland station is experiencing its busiest period since Christmas. Ihe two regular expresses and seven extra trains leaving on Thursday are already completely booked, and another express to leave at 8.05 p.m. is being rapidly filled. Additional expresses will depart from the station at close intervals during the day, and, especially in t[ie afternoon and evening, there will be a continuous stream of excursion trains for Wellington, New Plymouth. Whangarei, Rotorua and Tauranga. On A lurch 21, 25 and 26 there will be a daylight limited express leaving for Wellington at S a.m., and, on the Thursday, extra trains will leave lor Wellington at 3.00, 6.10, 7..'35 , 7.50, 8.5, 8.05 and 10.15 p.m. It is expected that there will be another train added to the schedule to cope with the demand for seats. Over the Easter holidays two extra expresses will leave for New Plymouth, and others for Whangarei, Hotorua and Tauranga. Booking for these is not as heavy as on the Wellington line, lor which many passengers reserve their seats early."
